Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on solveu.ai are shipped. Shipping rates below are stated in EUR. Your displayed currency and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in your order summary before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). If a longer delay is expected, we will contact you by email.

Shipping rates

Italy — Standard shipping €7.00. Free standard shipping on Italian orders from €55.00.
European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) — Standard international shipping €14.99.
Current destinations — We currently accept shipping orders to Italy and the other European Union countries listed above. Shipping outside these destinations is not currently available at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery after dispatch: Italy 3–6 business days; European Union 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact us at info@solveu.ai.

Taxes

Displayed prices include taxes. Deliveries within the European Union do not incur customs charges. Shipping outside the European Union is not currently available at checkout.

Undeliverable parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a reship; additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@solveu.ai within 30 days. Our Refund Policy sets out the full returns procedure, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union.
